Questions
Billing, plainly.
Is there a transaction fee?
No. CartKit charges a flat monthly fee per store and takes no percentage of your sales. Stripe bills its own processing rate directly to you, at whatever rate you've negotiated with them.
What counts as a store?
One storefront with its own domain and checkout. A store selling in three currencies is still one store. A second brand on a second domain is a second store.
Is there a free trial?
14 days on Solo or Operator, no card required. The importer runs during the trial so you can see contribution on your real catalog before deciding.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is throttled. Supplier connections above the Solo limit prompt an upgrade the next time you add one.
Do you charge for orders or bandwidth?
No. Orders, products, storage and traffic are unmetered. The price is the price.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, at two months off. Annual plans can still add and remove stores mid-term, prorated.
